Refund Policy

We offer refunds only in the following cases:

• The stream is cancelled.
• There is a major technical problem on our side that prevents viewing.

Refunds are processed manually. If you believe you are eligible, please contact us via the support form on the concert page or email admin@orglekoper.si with your purchase details and the concert name.

For minor issues such as brief buffering or temporary quality fluctuations typical for live streams, refunds are not provided. We will, however, do our best to help you troubleshoot.
